As a Video Lead on our Retail Specialist team, you will lead video strategy and activation to deliver growth across retail verticals. You drive accountability to the business by persistently exploring and uncovering business opportunities, developing industry go-to-market plays and partnering with teams to grow our YouTube business across Awareness, Performance and Shopping solutions. You will need to anticipate how decisions are made, where our video products fit in and collaborate with our sales teams to drive growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing or 3 years with an advanced degree. Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with video or social advertising solutions such as Youtube or similar competitor products. Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy. Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in project management, with leading complex strategic and operational initiatives. Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and clear communication.
Extended Qualifications
