Description
Analyze competitors and industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation. Attract, develop, and retain a high performing team of product managers. Partner closely with Google Deep Mind, Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success. Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategies, end-to-end business processes, pain points and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations. Define the product vision and strategy for the Workspace collaboration apps: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more.Workspace by Google Cloud is a cloud-based productivity suite that is revolutionizing the way people communicate and collaborate with one another. The Workspace team is looking for an experienced Product Management leader to contribute to the mission of delivering innovative applications at scale for the suite of apps that includes Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. Workspace Product Managers drive product strategy and set product priorities, teaming closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the next generation of cloud services.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience leading global product and engineering teams across a suite of enterprise products. Experience leading, scaling and developing geographically dispersed cross-functional organizations, including organization design and recruitment. Experience executing multiple initiatives and day-to-day priorities concurrently.Preferred qualifications: Experience developing related products and understanding of current cloud technologies and services. Experience in product management, providing product vision and roadmaps and directing product launches, including ability to lead and grow a team of product managers and product management leaders. Knowledge of market, competition, and in depth customer/user requirements. Demonstrated track record of delivering products. Track record of launching successful app products in the market. Highly technical and demonstrated track record of complex product work and outbound customer work.
Extended Qualifications
