Drive the planning and implementation of strategic and transformational programs. Set program goal and direction working with cross-functional stakeholders. Establish goals, schedule and milestones. Proactively manage dependencies and anticipate or resolve execution issues. Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship. Be the trusted owner of the status of your projects/programs. Drive visibility on progress/dependencies/risks/issues to executives and other stakeholders through regular communications, enabling effective decision making. Leverage your domain expertise, program management experience and leadership skills to help the team improve processes, accelerate program execution, and drive better quality, productivity and efficiency across the portfolio. Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will apply your technical expertise and program management skills to programs and transformational initiatives that directly impact the delivery of Google's AI infrastructure.

You will mobilize cross-functional teams, deliver solutions for scale, and drive data-driven decision making to enable the transformation of the AI and Infrastructure organization. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in program management.
Experience in engineering, technical program management, change management, cross-functional collaboration, finance, and product lifecycle management.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Operations, or in a related field. 8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional and cross-team projects in engineering or technology. Experience in AI/ML technologies and strategic planning.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in program management.
