Description
Utilize agile methodologies and other program management tools to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.Plan and prioritize work across multiple teams, including partner teams, building strategic alignment and executing on roadmap deliverables.
Play a key role in the advancement of product maturity and strategy, working with partner teams to launch key features and projects on-time. Manage and execute technical projects end-to-end within the CRSM (Compliance, Risk and Security Management) team, engaging with stakeholders to align on direction and manage expectations across internal groups.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum and Hybrid methodologies, and with data governance, using Enablon or any GRC 3rd party software. 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.Preferred qualifications: Understanding of machine learning.
Strong program management skills with successful project delivery and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Extended Qualifications
