Description
Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional security and compliance programs by collaborating with Engineering, Legal, and the Cloud CISO to define scope and deliverables. Drive the continuous improvement and scaling of Security and Compliance frameworks while spearheading initiatives to reduce operational toil through AI and automation. Translate complex security and compliance requirements, such as FedRAMP, GDPR, and HIPAA, into actionable plans and technical engineering work. Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization’s services and infrastructure. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure clarity on goals and timelines while leading security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. The ACI Security and Compliance team is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPgM) to drive critical security and compliance programs across Google Cloud's core infrastructure. You will focus on enhancing our security posture, maturing and scaling our security and compliance processes, and ensuring our services meet the requirements of regulated markets. You will work horizontally across engineering and product teams to implement security best practices, leverage and improve the security and compliance framework, and manage programs from initiation to completion.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security and compliance. Experience managing technical programs in a cloud or infrastructure environment.
Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in scaling processes and frameworks across large engineering organizations. Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency efforts. Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices. Knowledge of common security and compliance standards and regulations (e.g., IL5, FedRAMP). Passion for leveraging AI/ML to solve operational issues.
Extended Qualifications
