They need evidence that the security practices employed by Cloud Providers are in line with their security posture, regulatory and compliance obligations. In addition, as new regulations like General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) go into enforcement, a greater onus is placed on enterprise customers to scale their efforts to control access to their sensitive data workloads and comply with privacy rights of their users. Trusted Partner Cloud is a new product effort that will enable local partners to operate the own public clouds based on Google technology in specific geographies to provide greater assurance to our enterprise customers.
