Develop time-phased, material-level supply plans over short-to-mid-term horizons (0-18 months) to meet aggregated Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and hardware demand, incorporating lead times, capacity constraints, and inventory goals. Oversee the process of generating, releasing, and managing OEM purchase orders (POs) and coordinating material availability.
