Description
Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage one or more cross-site programs within the product portfolio. Drive product development lifecycle including concept/initiation, planning, execution, product release, and post launch customer support. Partner with go-to-market teams to support customer adoption and address customer agreement blockers. Absorb and understand the GKE ecosystem and integration points. Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope. Build consensus, drive projects, schedule, plans, execution, and communicate status to stakeholders.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in program management.
7 years of experience in managing technically-challenging projects spanning a wide set of cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. 5 years of experience as a software engineer/engineering manager, product manager, and other technical roles in delivering commercial enterprise software products and services. Experience with distributed systems, GCP, third-party Cloud products, and with OSS, Kubernetes, and AI workload orchestration ecosystem. Ability to plan, scope, and take on responsibility for technical projects and drive them to completion through execution and governance.
