Lead the charge in identifying, synthesizing, and operationalizing talent trends and future-of-work disruptors (e.g., AI skills, emerging capabilities, dynamic talent marketplaces) that will drive value for Google’s business and translate trends into strategies, pilots, products, and frameworks for career growth and talent mobility at Google. Serve as the POC for data, insights, and metrics for the Career Studio by proactively identifying and delivering critical insights. In this role, the People Operations (POps) Talent Strategist will serve as our organizational futurist for the Career Studio, architecting the strategy and insights discovery to power next-generation talent solutions. You'll be the visionary who translates emerging trends in the talent landscape and disruptor concepts into actionable strategies for Google, ensuring we make smarter, faster bets fueled by predictive analytics and unparalleled market intelligence. You'll be an innovator at heart, with an extraordinary ability to anticipate paradigm shifts and pioneer the pathways to get there.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in a human capital consulting or talent role with a focus on organizational transformation. Experience with data analysis and applying technology (e.g., AI, ML) to solve talent issues. Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience identifying workforce trends to develop talent strategies.Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in a related field (e.g., Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Human Resources Management). Experience in a "futurist" or foresight role within a large, complex organization, specifically related to talent or organizational design. Ability to design and pilot innovative talent solutions from concept to scaled implementation, demonstrating measurable impact. Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Deep expertise in one or more of the following: key talent and career trends, skills-based organizations, hyper-personalized learning, impact of AI on future of work. Demonstrated thought leadership (e.g., speaking engagements at industry conferences, active participation in relevant professional communities).
