Description
Identify areas of opportunity generative AI brings to HCLS across key solution areas: systems, regulatory reporting, clinical and financial data, drug discovery and personalized medicine and build a critical point of view of ISVs disrupting each of these areas. Develop a business plan to recruit these HCLS ISVs, leveraging the existing network, industry experience, and unique commercial terms that demonstrates the value of partnering with Google Cloud. Work with ISV partners and build a co-innovation plan that accelerates their innovation and creates differentiated intellectual property (IP) in the HCLS industry for the partner solution on Google Cloud. Develop and execute demand generation and go-to-market (GTM) plans in alignment with the HCLS Industry Solutions Vertical. Cultivate and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally, including C-level executives, and Google Cloud HCLS Industry team.Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and implementation plan for recruiting emerging and disruptive Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) ISVs to the Google Cloud platform. You will build a critical point of view on how generative AI is disrupting HCLS organizations and the innovation coming into the space and will identify new partnerships that Google Cloud should forge to grow its portfolio of HCLS ISVs. Your collaboration with Google Cloud's industry, product, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams, will help in establishing strong executive alignment with the partners, develop co-innovation plans for new solutions, and enable the co-promote motion between the partner’s business organizations and the Google Cloud HCLS Industry Solutions Team.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.15 years of experience in Partner Management or Business Development with success in recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing partners. 10 years of experience in the HCLS sector working directly in or promoting into or partnering with the healthcare or life sciences industries. Experience in managing generative AI ISVs in the HCLS sector. Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or JD degree. Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements.
Ability to grasp technical and product concepts. Ability to thrive in changing, collaborative, and ambiguous start-up like environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, dedicated execution, and relationships drive success.
