Description
Build the experience that powers the core meeting experience.Orchestrate the communication between user-facing applications and native client services (written in C++ and Go), ensuring low latency and high reliability.
Work across ChromeOS, Android, and android runtime for chrome virtual machine (ARCVM) ecosystems to bring experiences to life. Collaborate with the Google Meet team and third-party meeting vendors to integrate Beam features into the broader ecosystem, ensuring Google-class scalability.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience with software development in C++. 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Experience developing accessible technologies.
Experience with ChromeOS, Android, or ARCVM development environments.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience with software development in C++. 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
