Description

Develop and maintain a positive and high-performing security business team and team culture with a focus on future talent, promoting security customers. Manage the team’s development and drive pipeline, managing business cycles from lead generation to customer onboarding. Develop a strong performance culture through data-driven coaching, timely intervention, performance management, and career development support. Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Google Cloud Platform, Channels, and Product and Engineering teams to understand customers and provide prospect and customer experience. Serve as a stakeholder to regional cloud leads, reporting current, accurate, and timely insights on business performance.

In this role, you will lead a Specialist Sales team responsible for growing our Fraud Defense (reCAPTCHA) business in the US, LATAM and JAPAC, driving a culture of high performance, transformation, and strategic sales in new and existing customers.

You will ensure the team has the necessary skills to build relationships, and engage customers with a consultative value selling methodology. Coach the team on delivering comprehensive overviews of key business use cases and progress business cycles to close business.

You will support the team and the relationships with external customer stakeholders and internal field counterparts, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment, managing the full sales cycle (e.g. pipeline management). 3 years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT fields. Experience planning, pitching, and executing business and customer transformation strategy aligned to data and analytics.

Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of products, solutions, and market trends in cybersecurity and cloud.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment, managing the full sales cycle (e.g. pipeline management). 3 years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT fields.
