Description
Assist in developing and maintaining business agreements and spend governance policies.Assist in educating cross-functional stakeholders on business agreements and spending governance policies.
Assist in the planning and execution of governance forums covering product pricing, country expansions and retail incentives (manage intake process, document agendas, outcomes and follow-up on action items, communicate with executive business stakeholders and surface key insights and trends through published metrics).
Collaborate with cross- functional stakeholders in sales, operations, legal, and finance to identify process improvements and gaps in controls and develop scalable and automated solutions to remediate.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in accounting, or an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.Preferred qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA),or Master's in MBA or MSA.
Experience managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Ability to propose next steps and roadblock solutions and anticipate questions and challenges early, manage time, and follow work plans.
Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
Ability to have attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent knowledge in Sheet, and spreadsheet technology.
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
Extended Qualifications
