Description
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, and salary recommendations.Operate as a life-cycle recruiter driving tech talent acquisition by sourcing active and passive applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research. Negotiate complex offers to close applicants by leveraging and partnering with management and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management. Partner strategically with hiring teams and influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy to drive impactful recruitment practices, ensuring the achievement of hiring goals aligned with organizational goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.2 years of experience in recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.
Preferred qualifications: 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
3 years of experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience participating for talent. Experience in solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor. Ability to manage customer relationship management, provide customer consultative skills, and work in a large-team environment. Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build relationships. Excellent organizational skills with effective attention to detail.
Extended Qualifications
3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.2 years of experience in recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.
