Description
Be accountable for timely, end-to-end recruiting delivery against goals.Manage effective relationships with Google clients (hiring managers/business leaders) and applicants with delivery and experience based orientation. Manage strong partnerships with partner teams (e.g., computer engineering, technical education, scheduling). Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations. Advocate for the applicants and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management. 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.Preferred qualifications: 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, within a hardware or software engineering environment. 3 years of experience negotiating complex compensation packages and facilitating applicants in an engaged tech talent market. Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, building strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders at various levels. Excellent accountability, work ethic, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
