Description

Lead the annual headcount planning for ELS which includes creating detailed headcount projections based on business needs and strategic objectives, and presenting the headcount plans to senior management for approval.

Manage the quarterly headcount refresh process by running the headcount model and producing supporting analyses to ensure sublinear growth.

Refine and maintain ELS headcount model to reflect changes in business conditions and organizational structure.

Manage the headcount administration for ELS including accuracy of headcount attributes in the tool, governance of headcount allocation, and troubleshooting issues related to the headcount tool.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline headcount management processes.

In this role, you will lead and manage critical initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support business objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience developing analytical frameworks to underpin decision-making processes.

Preferred qualifications: Experience leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Proficient in project management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience developing analytical frameworks to underpin decision-making processes.
