Description
Oversee preparation and response to regulatory exams that have an impact or dependency on Core, including working with other partners to plan, coordinate, review responses, assess exam readiness, and communicate with various teams and stakeholders. Evaluate the scope and impact of examination requests and provide guidance on how to respond effectively. Communicate with senior management, preparing briefing notes and reports, and track metrics related to exam domains and readiness. Work with partners across Core, GA and Cross-Product Areas (xPA) to identify and assess gaps in Core's compliance and technical capabilities, helping frame short, medium and long term work and informing Core and Pillar level OKRs. Develop regulatory intelligence capabilities, methodologies to size effort, prioritization and measurement, and the partnership with engineering to build technical capabilities that enable repeatable and sustainable regulatory exam operations.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program or project management. 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. 8 years of experience in either compliance, or risk management.Preferred qualifications: Experience working with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with reporting to leadership to raise awareness, drive decision-making and action. Experience in building and deploying metrics management to ensure progress, improved maturity and operationally delivering what matters. Experience with understanding and operationalizing regulatory requirements. Experience with regulatory exam, audit and engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
