Description
Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that address improvement including Resource Stewardship.
Determine and collect data required to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
Anticipate change management requirements for program stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.

The Geo Auto Data Platform is a formal initiative within Geo Auto that is responsible for building the services and platforms that support in-vehicle Automotive products. The mission is to drive adoption and usage of these services to deliver value to automakers and end users, and to increase the feedback and signals. As a Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Geo Auto cross-functional team working to manage Partner engagements and deliver software in alignment with published roadmaps and contractual timelines.
The Geo team is focused on building the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for our users, through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, Google Maps Platform, and more. Every month, more than a billion people rely on Maps services to explore the world and navigate their daily lives.
The Geo team also enables developers to use the power of Google Maps platforms to enhance their apps and websites. As they plot a course for the future of mapping, they are solving complex computer science problems, designing beautiful and intuitive product experiences, and improving our understanding of the real world.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management. 5 years of experience managing Software Development Life Cycle or Enterprise Applications programs.
Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in building frameworks, improving execution methodology and data-driven approach to relentless continuous improvement. Experience communicating and driving critical outcomes with various stakeholders, internal executives and teams, and external enterprise customers.
Experience with program management in software programs, leading distributed engineering teams through the entire life-cycle to customers with hard deadlines and milestones.
Experience interacting with diverse technical and non-technical audiences, spanning organizational levels, and overseeing life-cycle of project deliverables.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management. 5 years of experience managing Software Development Life Cycle or Enterprise Applications programs.
