Description

Lead cross-functional partnerships across cloud divisions to drive continuous improvement in product launches, focusing on simplifying processes and increasing deployment scale and speed. Direct the Business Planning Review (BPR) process, serving as the primary owner for this critical milestone within the New Product Introduction life-cycle. Collaborate with Engineering,

Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) and Business Planning teams to transition manual workflows into automated, scalable system solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key BPR performance metrics, utilizing data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to organizational compliance standards and take full accountability for achieving successful outcomes in all internal and external audit processes.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Business Planning Review is one of the vital milestones in the overall New Product Introduction (NPI) launch process. In this role, you will work across all cloud verticals to optimize Go-to-Market (GTM) execution. You are an expert at managing digital transformation by transitioning manual operations into systematic, engineering-led workflows, while maintaining stewardship of organizational metrics and strict compliance frameworks to ensure sustainable enterprise scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience leading cross-functional projects, specifically managing partnerships between Engineering, Business Planning, and Product teams.

Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional

or cross-team projects. Experience leveraging internal AI platforms (e.g., LLMs, generative AI tools) to automate or enhance traditional business workflows. Experience using AI-driven tools to develop scalable training modules and system documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience leading cross-functional projects, specifically managing partnerships between Engineering, Business Planning, and Product teams.
