Description

Manage purchase orders (POs), invoices, supplier relationships, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on procurement activities.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while optimizing costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of Supplier engagement and fulfillment, creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure procurement processes meet SLAs and remain on schedule, resolve any issues, collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with organizational goals.

Work with stakeholders to define and implement secure supply chain and procurement protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience with cloud computing technologies and infrastructure.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and services. Experience with supply chain systems.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program or project management.
