Description

Define and prioritize features for platform product areas, aligning with overall SecOps strategy. Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to understand customer needs and identify areas for improvement. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify opportunities for product optimization. Create a robust, secure product foundation for seamless integration and controlled access for all of the SecOps product. Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

1 year of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.

Experience in security or enterprise product/platform. Experience working with a distributed team of cross-functional stakeholders such as software engineers, designers, and sales.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

4 years of technical Product Management experience (i.e. creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams).

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

1 year of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.

Experience in security or enterprise product/platform. Experience working with a distributed team of cross-functional stakeholders such as software engineers, designers, and sales.
