Description
Define, prioritize, and execute the product road map for the team, including scoping and launching key experiments to identify strategies. Develop new platform infrastructure that accelerates time-to-market and empowers other feature teams to experiment their own features. Build features identified as key adoption blockers for major customers to unlock new enterprise sales motions. Develop product requirements by synthesizing user feedback, customer needs, and quantitative data analysis. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance) to design, implement, and launch features.At Google, we put our users first. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As a Product Manager on the Google Meet Growth and Monetization team, you will be responsible for defining the product outlook, road map, and strategy to drive user growth and commercial success. You will identify and build high-leverage features that unlock enterprise adoption, scope and launch key business generation experiments, and develop new infrastructure to accelerate our time to market. This role requires someone who grows in a fluid, ambiguous environment and can turn challenges into strategy for a product used by millions around the globe.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).Preferred qualifications: Experience with business generation, strategy, and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) slotting. Experience launching new products or features, defining clear ship criteria, and iterating quickly based on results. Experience in launching and growing new products in the enterprise (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer(B2C) space. Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams on projects. Ability to make data-driven product decisions and experience with data analysis. Ability to analyze greenfield market opportunities and define product requirements for new business lines or features.
