Own the overall goal, strategy and execution for GDA Inventory, including defining “high-quality” inventory, strategically solving for inventory we should cut vs. double down on, and improving advertiser and internal perception of the inventory GDA serves into. Being surgical about low-quality inventory we are willing to cut for long-term gain, while defining clear success metrics for what the business gains from cutting such inventory. Partner with AdSpam, PMax, Sellside, Engineering, UX and GTM to ideate and solve for customer issues, with a strong bias for action and pivoting where necessary to land initiatives quickly and effectively. Understand the needs and problems of the GDA advertiser in the inventory/placement area , and advocate/execute on solutions that correctly aim customer problems in this area. Lead recurring executive leadership reviews on project status, critical asks and roadmap.At Google, we put our users first. As the Senior Product Manager for GDA Inventory Quality, you will be the lead for a highly visible and critical strategic pillar for the Google Display Ads business. You will shape/develop our overall business’ strategy for Inventory Quality, balancing high-performance and scale with brand-safe, “quality” inventory that advertisers would want to serve into.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.Preferred qualifications: Experience with advertising products and sufficient technical acumen. Experience working with Product Managers and Engineering teams. Experience product delivery with a bias for action. Knowledge of the Ads ecosystem. Excellent communication, organizational, collaboration and investigative skills.
Extended Qualifications
