Description
Lead Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, Program Managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into objective key results for multiple teams. Own and define project roadmaps for AI agent building tools and Gemini’s coding abilities. Drive development and secure buy-in for a product roadmap that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts. Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, market research, strategic opportunity, business growth). Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.In this role, you will drive the development and strategy for our Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent building tools and Gemini's coding abilities. You will define and execute product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring Google’s leadership in the rapidly evolving AI agent and coding space. You will work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and research teams to deliver exceptional products for enterprise customers and developers alike, spanning Cloud AI and DeepMind initiatives.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy for Gemini's coding abilities, including defining and building no-code/low-code agent builders in collaboration with Vertex AI and Business Application Platform (BAP) teams, developing agent personalization and customization, establishing quality standards, and driving the creation of a developer-focused agent, all while ensuring a cohesive roadmap for key use cases and product priorities.The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. Our end users are Googlers, Cloud customers and the billions of people who use Google services around the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
Experience driving product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, managing product strategies, and design discussions. Experience with agents, agent-builders, or workflow tools.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), Business finance, and other stakeholders. 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
Experience launching a Cloud service or Application programming interface (API) product and commercializing enterprise products. Experience in leading model strategy and development.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
