Description

Develop cutting-edge products and features to help customers bring enterprise workloads to Google Cloud.

Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for how to attract and onboard Enterprise workloads with dependencies on Enterprise Linux and OpenShift.

Interface with external customers, field, UX research, and engineering to drive definition and prioritization of feature requests. Work with a broad set of engineering teams to solve challenging technical problems driven by customer needs.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

This role focuses on the Enterprise Linux and OpenShift product areas. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that Google Cloud provides exceptional offerings for customers to bring workloads with strong dependencies on these platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in product management or related technical role, including experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Experience in one or more of the following (or similar): compute architecture, data center infrastructure, CPU (x86/Arm) and I/O technologies, cloud infrastructure, or storage.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

Experience in the enterprise software or enterprise technology (buy or sell side).

Experience with traditional Enterprise workloads (e.g., SAP, VMWare, Red Hat, OpenShift, Oracle, Servers, etc.).

Experience with vendor negotiations, management, and operations in the enterprise software/technology industry.

Experience with analysis of product usage/trends, including financial/business analysis.

Experience in a technical role (e.g. software engineer).

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in product management or related technical role, including experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Experience in one or more of the following (or similar): compute architecture, data center infrastructure, CPU (x86/Arm) and I/O technologies, cloud infrastructure, or storage.
