Description
Define the product goal and strategy for the custom agents.Design and lead a multiÂ-year roadmap, balancing short and longÂ-term goals and investments to scale globally.
Own cross-functional product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch, collaborating with multiple internal, executive, and external teams to ensure coordination throughout product development, fostering and facilitating timely decision-making, driving product and delivering success.
Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with customers to understand their communication strategies, pain points and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing GenAI platform strategy for custom agents across Workspace and building out the tools and products to enable this transformation for billions of users. You will be developing amazing end user experiences using GenAI technologies such as Gemini and Vertex AI, driving the evolution of our APIs, and partnerships with key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). You will engage regularly as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategies to empower their workflows. You will cultivate the productivity app ecosystem which becomes more and more critical in the time of hybrid work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI or ML).
Preferred qualifications: 7 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or a related technical role. Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goal, defining the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and leading design discussions. Experience with User Experience (UX). Experience with the latest and greatest AI tools.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI or ML).
