Description

Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. Deconstruct complex problems into steps that drive product development to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. Become a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their issues and opportunities to inform the product strategy. Execute the end-to-end product life-cycle by analyzing market trends, positioning and packaging solutions for maximum impact, and tailoring feature sets to meet the nuanced needs of a global user base. Collaborate on product strategy and definition for facets of an agent portfolio management, including owning the associated business outcomes and managing alignment across key stakeholders across Google Cloud.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in the Vertex AI ecosystem, where we are bridging the gap between raw generative AI capabilities and high-impact, enterprise-ready business assets. You will collaborate across the organization to guide the full product life-cycle of agent portfolio management, helping us define the agentic advantage by turning developer imagination into managed, scalable enterprise AI solutions for our customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.

1 year of experience building Agentic Technologies.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

Experience with regulated industries, enterprises, and sovereign controls. Experience building models, creating robust evaluation systems, or shipping AI-native products. Proven expertise as a strategist and executor with an enterprise customer advocacy and a track record of turning customer insights into shipped products for customers. Ability to drive outcomes as a high-agency leader by navigating undefined technical spaces, assuming end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives, and resolving high-ambiguity challenges.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
