Description
Lead a team responsible for delivering safety strategy for generative AI launches. Ensure achievement of business outcomes and objectives across all dimensions.Review or be exposed to sensitive or violative content as part of core role. Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage/holidays.
Pressure test critical areas that are important for the business, drive clarity, and make high-level recommendations for critical business processes.
Be the trusted leader, coordinate, and provide a consolidated view of risks and mitigation across the various pillars of the launch (e.g., policy, testing, features) to the cross-functional group and leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $198,000-$282,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.13 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree.
Experience working with engineering and product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
Experience with AI or machine learning systems.
Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
Experience in a technical lead role in a Trust & Safety environment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.13 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
