Deliver executive and industry communications that enable business growth. Establish a reliable cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management. Drive measurable program performance gains correlated to execution velocity. Advocate for change by initiating and leading multiple organizations through pivots necessary to address shifts in business trends and priorities. Lead planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Leadership Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining Google Cloud’s Marketing Technology strategy and owning the development and implementation of marketing planning and budgeting tools and systems. This role will serve as a critical link across marketing and IT translating marketing’s direction into technology implementation to enable data that will support business, optimize marketing performance, and enhance customer experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$296,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program or project management. 7 years of experience in a leadership role. Experience leading marketing technology initiatives within an engineering organization.Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with Google Cloud Platform or in the cloud computing industry. Understanding of marketing performance management, B2B marketing, and marketing automation. Ability to lead software system implementations and deliver results.
