Description

Lead Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., Engineers, Program Managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple teams.

Own and define project roadmaps.

Drive development and secure buy-in for a product outlook that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business).

Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Lead Senior Product Manager within the media effectiveness measurement team, you will focus on Google's Marketing Mix Model (MMM) solutions, which are widely leveraged by advertisers and agencies to drive high-stakes cross-publisher budget decisions. You will manage a team of Product Managers across our MMM solutions, including Meridian (Google's open source MMM model), and the MMM data platform.

In this role, you will define and drive an ambitious product roadmap focused on scale, improvements to ease of use, methodology, advertiser and agency value. You will also partner closely across cross-functional teams and the broader third-party MMM ecosystem to gather feedback, provide thought leadership, and ensure we are focused on the highest-impact areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Experience in the ads industry or launching ads products.

Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).

4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. 2 years of experience with people management in direct reports and technical leadership. Experience in ads measurement.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Experience in the ads industry or launching ads products.
