Description
Lead the solutions strategy and roadmap for Google Distributed Cloud (GDC). Manage a team of Product Managers and Technical Solutions Consultants. Research customer and industry needs and opportunities to identify where targeted solution blueprints will have the highest business impact. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, GDC Go-to-Market, and Product Management to scope new solutions that are aligned with GDC's Industry and Platform strategy. Define the commercial and licensing strategy. Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for solutions.At Google, we put our users first. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping scalable solutions that directly address our customers' business goals. You'll collaborate closely with customers, partners, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to define these solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
18 years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering or technical marketing engineering in one or more cloud infrastructure areas of enterprise compute, storage, networking, databases, data analytics or AI/ML. 3 years of experience managing and coaching a global distributed team. Experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms and distributed systems at enterprise-scale. Experience operating in a hyper-growth, entrepreneurial environment and scaling new/emerging products and solutions from the ground-up. Understanding of customer needs, opportunities and deployment journeys.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
