Description
Lead design projects focused on evolving the note-taking and list-making experience within Google Keep. Own design solutions for cross-platform features, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience. Collaborate with other Workspace teams to ensure Google Keep integrates with the broader productivity ecosystem. As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Like all of our UX jobs, you’ll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.
Google Keep is a cross-platform Workspace tool for capturing ideas. Using AI and modern design, the team improves how users organize and act on notes, ensuring Google Keep remains an intuitive, efficient utility for managing thoughts and to-dos on any device.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience leveraging vibe coding and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate the prototyping and design cycle. Experience in Figma, including the use of auto-layout, variables, and scalable component libraries. Experience in taking features from initial concept to launch within greenfield or 0-to-1 product environments. Ability to design seamless user interfaces across platforms, modalities, and device types. Ability to create realistic, animated prototypes using videos, GIFs, and transitions to simulate final products.
Extended Qualifications
