Description

Collaborate with leaders across North America solution, partner, regional, executive, brand, and digital marketing teams to develop and execute annual/bi-annual rolling marketing plans aiming new and prospective customers across all business segments across four industries (TMEG, Financial Services, HCLS and Retail). Partner strategically with sales, customer engineering and industry solutions leadership, providing data-driven insights on pipeline coverage, delivering regular marketing updates, and advocating for critical business needs. Analyze marketing programs and campaign performance, identifying trends, issues, gaps, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making and action plans. Lead and develop a team of marketers and focus on building a culture of trust and respect. Shape the Industry approach across North America through the development and execution of a range of customer acquisition and pipeline generation programs.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The North America Industry Marketing team empowers industry leaders to digitally transform their business through compelling content and moments that lift mindshare, drive qualified demand and increase account engagement. We work cross-functionally to understand the ideal marketing narrative for each industry and work across our solutions, products, and sales teams to drive our go-to-market strategy. We are responsible for the creation and execution of the North America marketing plan for the Strategic Industries book of business across four industries (Retail, Financial Services, HCLS and TMEG).Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
