Description

Lead a team of Measurement and Decision Science Leads who are aligned to solution subject matter expertise across the Retail sector. Attract, develop, and retain talent in all roles across the team.

Establish product strategic vision and drive collaboration across the sector verticals. Forge deep relationships with key partners such as vertical and product GTM, HOIs, SDMs, and IDs.

Align quarterly and annual sector and vertical business planning processes with the needs at product level to solve for clients' key objectives and provide product feedback through the product GTM organization.

Develop and execute a strategy for driving measurement solution adoption across the sector. Develop best practice processes, share/implement them, and collect market feedback to ensure continuous solution and Go-To-Market improvement.

Drive business forecast metrics achievement and support sector product updates to senior leadership.

As the Head of Measurement for the MCS Sector, you'll lead and coach Measurement Leads and Decision Science Leads to use consultative skills to transform our clients’ digital marketing efforts. Your goal is to enable our customers to grow their businesses by using data, measurement, and technology solutions. You'll develop the sector strategy to realize business growth goals across markets and verticals. You'll be a key partner to both Product Go-To-Market and Global Product Leads, influencing product strategy and development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in sales, data, and analytics.

Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.

Preferred qualifications: Experience using or deploying digital analytics and measurement solutions.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, develop recommendations and build action plans that delivered clear impact.

Ability to identify client’s biggest challenges to define customer and product strategy, enabling longer-term opportunities.

Ability to lead multiple teams, with conflicting priorities, managing complex problems by evaluating internal/external risk of action plans.

Ability to serve as a domain expert and product thought leader for industry, vertical, sales program or business unit.



Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in sales, data, and analytics.

Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
