Description

Own the comprehensive 3-5 year goal for the Data Integration business. Synthesize market trends, AI advancements, and customer insights to make strategic bets that drive long-term growth and market leadership. Lead the strategic direction for high-performance data engineering, specifically leading the adoption of Lakehouse architectures and Apache Spark. Define how our platform converges data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring exceptional interoperability and performance for massive-scale processing workloads. Lead the strategy for infusing Generative AI and automation across the entire integration stack. Define how our platform leverages AI to disrupt legacy ETL patterns, creating self-healing pipelines and autonomous data engineering capabilities that set new industry standards.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Experience developing or launching products or technologies within databases, analytics, big data, or a related area.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. Experience managing or mentoring executive product managers and leading large cross-functional teams. Experience in lakehouse architectures, apache spark, enterprise data warehouses, ETL/ELT, and data governance. Ability to navigate ambiguity and define 0 to 1 strategies for emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, data mesh, and autonomous data operations.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
