Description

Define product goal and strategy to win in HPC key vertical segments with the right GCP HPC products and solutions. Create the narrative to attract and win enterprise accounts in key GCP HPC vertical markets. Partner closely with engineering and work cross-functionally with workload experts, Customer Engineers, Solutions Architects, Sales, Partnership, Marketing and other Google teams to create, drive, and deliver innovative, compelling product experiences. Understand customer requirements end-to-end, generating insights and requirements, and then working with Engineering and Solutions architects to bring the solution to reality. Work with our go-to-market and field to identify the best way to build momentum for HPC solutions for key verticals, with a focus on acquiring and growing accounts.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Our team builds, launches computing environments and solutions for High Performance Computing (HPC) workloads on GCP. Come work with leading customers in the HPC space and make your mark.

We partner with teams across Cloud (including Compute, Storage, Networking, GKE and more) and Google (including Core ML, DeepMind, Research, and others) to build software and solutions for cutting-edge HPC workloads used across key verticals like Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Healthcare and Life Sciences, and the public sector. We are responsible for the end-to-end product and customer experience, building differentiated offerings that leverage Alphabet’s strengths to fully meet the rapidly evolving needs of our customers.

We are looking for an experienced outbound product manager to lead the development, launch, and landing of the next-generation HPC solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, and other software infrastructure areas.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).

5 years of experience in software development or engineering.

5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

Understanding of customer workloads and workflows in manufacturing segment use cases (e.g., CAE, EDA, Energy) for High Performance Computing.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, and other software infrastructure areas.
