Description
Lead the engineering to build and launch new external customers (GCP customer) facing UI and API features that provide accurate, and actionable outage information.Collaborate with other GCP customer facing platforms such as Gemini Cloud Assist (generative AI app) and App Health and expose incident information via these channels.
Work effectively across Program Manager PM, UX, and Technical Program Manager (TPM) teams to drive change and influence product and process decisions.
Manage a team of engineers. Grow, coach and mentor engineers to build a healthy team culture with a focus on technical excellence.
Manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
