Description

Architect, develop, and deliver innovative solutions leveraging Google's ecosystem, including Google Cloud and Google AI capabilities, to maximize the potential of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products. Work with Google's advertisers, agencies, and partners, understand their challenges, collect requirements, provide solutions, consultancy and best practices to apply ad products and technologies to achieve their business goals. Identify and solve client problems proactively and creatively through project management and consultation on technical setup.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As a Customer Solutions Engineer you will deliver innovative technical solutions and strategic consulting to Google's advertisers, advertising agencies, and partners. In this role, you will leverage Google Cloud's advanced infrastructure and AI/ML capabilities to architect, develop, and implement customized solutions that drive business transformation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $97,500-$140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python). Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP). Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with automating decision pipelines based on machine learning methodologies and data science techniques. Experience with Google Cloud to demonstrate and prototype solutions and integrations in customer/partner environments. Experience with the ad serving industry and martech. Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, frameworks, and solutions in the Cloud, AI, and Ads technology space. Ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
