Description

Establish the strategy and business requirements for AI-powered talent products, including understanding and supporting multiple user role types (managers, leaders, HR, etc.). Identify and prioritize opportunities to make talent products and solutions optimally helpful across a wide range of individual user journeys. Build and evolve high-potential AI prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that meet the needs of a global workforce. Convert ambiguous user needs and high-level strategy into concrete business requirements, functional specifications, and user journey maps for tech Product Managers, UX, and Engineering, while fostering partnerships. Oversee products and serve as trusted advisor and spokesperson from ideation through implementation, ensuring a feedback-rich environment that allows for rapid strategy pivots based on user data.

This Talent Product Solutions role will be critical to driving the evolution of key Talent products and solutions as assigned.

As a senior individual contributor you’ll be responsible for steering the multi-year product strategy for AI native talent experiences. You will identify and drive use cases for agentic talent platforms, ensuring they solve complex user pain points for senior leaders and HR. This role functions as an AI Strategist, bridging the gap between high-level People Strategy and technical execution. You will operate in an agile "startup-like" environment, effectively navigating ambiguity to deliver high value solutions that equip leaders to drive business results.

As a part of the Talent Studio team, you will contribute to pioneering AI-powered talent solutions that equip Google and Googlers for success today and in the future. You will directly support the people's operations to hire, develop, and retain Googlers to advance individual careers and drive business results. You will build a highly adaptable, future-ready workforce through predictive talent intelligence platforms and personalized career development tools, that unlock potential and enable leaders to deploy talent with speed and precision. You will also lead the strategy for hiring and retaining niche talent groups, ensuring Google attracts and keeps the expertise necessary to compete in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $219,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Product Management, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, business administration, HR strategy, talent management, or management consulting. Experience working across HR and product teams on programs. Experience building AI-powered tools for employees or consumers.

Preferred qualifications: Experience in managing and developing end-to-end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting out on success metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Experience translating user insights into product requirements or digital solutions. Experience working with engineering or operations teams with strong technical acumen. Understanding of product life-cycle and product development best practices (not simply program or project management). Understanding of key talent and career trends. Ability to influence and exceed as a part of cross-functional teams, effectively managing competing priorities, ensuring alignment, and influencing design and product decisions.
