Description

Recruit and hire top go-to-market talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates. Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research. Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary. Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, sales or account management. 1 year of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.

Preferred qualifications: Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as an distinct contributor. Ability to handle customer relationship management. Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. Excellent customer consultative skills with the ability to work in a large-team environment.

Extended Qualifications

2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, sales or account management. 1 year of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
