The ideal candidate for this position will possess in-depth knowledge and experience with Supply Chain and procurement processes and will represent the Supply Chain at all levels and functions in support of the 777X Program(s). Must have the capability to lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be able to effectively engage with Boeing Commercial and Boeing Defense in support of 777X. Candidate will need strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills to build and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program. Adaptability and Technical knowledge are strongly preferred.

Position Responsibilities:
Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements
Lead and oversee supply chain performance and supplier related activities
Liaise between BCA and BDS in support of 777X supplier contracts and performance
Serve as an integral focal in business relationships and drive performance within supply chain
Develop strategies to ensure integration and alignment between Program and other cross functional teams
Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversity
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools
Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
More than 3 years of experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
More than 3 years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
More than 3 years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
More than 3 years of experience reporting status to senior and executive leadership
Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility
Travel: Up to 25%
