The Boeing Company’s Workday Integrations organization is currently seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on developing and supporting Workday integration! This position can be located in Everett, WA, Arlington, VA, Charleston, SC, Chicago, IL, Houston, TX, Huntsville, AL, Long Beach, CA, Mesa, AZ, Renton, WA, Ridley Park, PA, Berkeley, MO, or Hazelwood, MO.

The ideal applicant for this role will have previous experience with Workday integration and managing a team of onshore and offshore developers ensuring quality, best practices and that timelines are met.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop Workday integrations between new and existing systems, both internal and externalDevelop and support integrations, configuration and related workflow solutions for WorkdayDeliver on-going support for integrations, including testing during Workday releasesDevelop, support and manage application code, user interfaces and third-party integration components for Boeing’s Workday solution using Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath and JSONPerform full life cycle software development activitiesPerform necessary investigations, analysis and evaluationsGather and evaluate end user requirementsWork in an Agile software delivery environment on a highly collaborative Agile teamWork directly with business, functional and technical teams to assess Workday integration needs and best practices as the process owner or subject matter expert (SME)Lead and perform the design, program, test, implementation and documentation of complex computing applications and software or computing architecture and computing application system designsLead analysis of end user processes to define application requirementsWrite and compile complex code based on documented design or designs application architecture principlesModify or upgrade complex applications to maintain functionality and performanceIdentify and recommend improvementsIdentify and resolve complex programming or application architecture problemsForm and lead cross-functional teams across multiple business processesContract with customers to design a process based on customer requirements and objectiveEnsure accurate deliverables, maintains results, and communicates to all participantsCollect, analyze, document and integrate requirements from multiple process ownersApply and make recommendations for the process, data, and applications/systems architectureInfluence, negotiate and act as a change agent with a diverse audience for complex process improvementsServe as mentor to others within the skillLead transition into actionable business strategy by understanding company policies, strategic direction and strategic initiativesFacilitate development and assist with deployment of integrated strategic plans for process improvement/management and organizational directionLearn to balance competing strategic initiativesLead the successful completion of specific programs, projects and implementation activitiesPrepare work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefit analysisConduct business requirements review, coordinates testing schedules and assist in the preparation of test scriptsUnderstand, apply and develop process standards, guidelines and toolsPeer review code prior to production release

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

5+ years of experience in Workday module configurations or integrations in one or more: Human Capital Management core, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Time & Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation modules3+ years of experience with Requirements Management3+ years of experience with requirements based testing3+ years of experience in Workday Studio, Reports As A Service, Core/Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and Calculated FieldsExperience creating and consuming XML based web services

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor’s degree or higher in related fieldWorkday Partner/Pro certification preferred3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skillsExperience developing and implementing process improvementsExperience in design thinking, user centered design, human centered design

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $121,550 - $164,450

Summary pay range Senior (Level 5): $143,650 - $194,350
