Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring Weight Operations Tech Analysts(Entry-level or Associate) to support initiatives within Weight Operations Team that is based in Seattle and Renton, Washington.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level and Associate Tech Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops inventory equipment lists, conducts inventories, weighs aircraft, determines center of gravity of aircraft and documents results.

Prepares Chapter 2 of the Weight and Balance Manual.

Balances flight control surfaces. Develops standard flight load planning and helps direct airplane loading of variable load elements.

Assists in the inspection of aircraft to calculate effects of actual weight and location of variable load elements on airplane gross weight and center of gravity and prepares flight manifests for pilot's signatures and flight release.

Weighs and determines the centers of gravity of components and assemblies.

Resolves routine problems with equipment, components and weighing systems.

Works under general supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with technical analysis.

Experience with Microsoft office suite.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Associates degree or higher.

Experience in weighing aircraft.

Experience with aircraft weight and center of gravity estimation, calculation, verification and statistical analysis.

Experience in Process management.

Experience in Analytical skills.

Experience in Loadmaster training.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for entry level (Level 1): $45,900 - $62,100

Summary Pay Range for associate (Level 2): $56,100 - $75,900
