The Boeing Brand & Content studio is seeking a dynamic Video Producer to execute the end-to-end production of high-quality video content that tells the Boeing story, drives engagement, and educates internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate will be equally proficient in pre-production (planning), production (shooting) and post-production (editing). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative, this position is a hybrid role based in Tukwila, WA with frequent on-site shoots, occasional assignments after-hours and periodic travel.

Position Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of video projects from concept through delivery, for commercial, defense and service business units, as well as corporate

Film employees, executives and VIPs in a variety of locations

Shoot products being manufactured; document first flights; capture content at air shows

Execute editing, motion graphics and sound design; format deliverables per specifications

Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders; deliver on time, on message and on brand

Assist with project budgeting, scheduling and resourcing; provide regular status updates and post-mortems

Manage production logistics: scout locations, secure permits, and arrange equipment and travel

Work solo or with small crews; direct talent on-set; be a consummate brand ambassador

Ensure all deliverables are aligned with safety standards

Maintain production documentation, asset libraries and version control best practices

Excel at creative problem-solving and adapting to quickly changing priorities

Seek input from others, facilitate constructive feedback loops and collaborate to incrementally improve

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Associate’s degree in video production or related field

5+ years of experience in basic video production and editing to advance business messages and share business stories

5+ years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro

Online portfolio/reel

Ability to lift and move video equipment

Ability to work flexible hours as required for shoots

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in video production or related field

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects and creative Ai

Experience with digital asset management system(s)

Experience working with global brands and/or aerospace brands

Summary Pay Range: $90,950-$123,050
