Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Transportation Analyst (Level 4)to join our Transportation, Warehousing, & Logistics team in Mesa, Arizona, Seattle, Washington or Everett, Washington!

Successful candidates will have expertise and knowledge in freight bill and audit. They will align strategy to TWL services and capabilities into upstream business, to proactively improve the freight payment process. This analyst will proactively collaborate across work streams, internal and external, to Boeing. Transportation analysts conduct analysis of complex billing issues and develop business solutions and best practices. They are responsible for leading concept and development initiatives as well as supporting the implementation and execution of the organizational strategy.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with and guide 3rd party audit companies supporting auditing.

Proactively works with carriers to resolve billing issues.

Integrate with partners on contract Freight Payment SOW and KPIs.

Work alongside cross-functional teams on rate structures to incorporate their rates and rules into audit processes.

Proper record keeping of master data from carriers, banking setups, and freight payment data.

Gatekeeping unallowable charges and the correct rejection process.

Analyze and implement vendor contract rates, statement of work, standard operating processes, terms, and master files

Carrier freight billing onboarding and EDI project support.

Leads and develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity requiring a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation.

Ability to create executive level presentations and message to high level leaders.

Streamline, create and document processes across team while communicating process changes to cross-functional organizations and third-party providers.

Serves as subject matter expert to management and special external spokesperson for the organization.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

5+ years of experience in a Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Supplier Management, Engineering, Math and/or Accounting

5+ years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis

5+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel

5+ years of experience interacting with business partners and customers

5+ years of experience within project leadership including planning, implementing and executing program plans

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

7+ years of experience in a Supply Chain finance, billing and/or audit function

7+ years of data analysis utilizing Excel, utilizing dashboards to extract data, and building complex PowerPoints

5+ years of experience interacting with carriers, business partners, customers and/or 3rd party audit providers

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: Location: Everett, Washington: (Senior – Level 4) - $100,500 - $135,500
