Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Transportation Analyst to join the Boeing Licensed Transportation Teamlocated in Seattle, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop leadership presentations based on metrics to show Boeing performanceConduct routine meetings for management and other leadershipAssist in the management of processes for Boeing Licensed Transportation DriversOversee Port of Seattle badging processParticipate in driver hiring processCoordinate recognition eventsAnalyze historical data, logistics performance, and trends to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain written processes and materialsServe as backup for Department of Transportation (DOT) Analyst:Interface with management at all locations to ensure regulatory compliance throughout The Boeing CompanyProvide management with visibility of compliance or non-compliance of company policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State Department of Transportation regulationsObtain oversize permitsPerform Teamster Job Bidding processCoordinate classes for required internal and external trainingsProvide administrative support, such as ordering supplies and materials, to ensure that management and drivers have resources needed to perform their duties effectively
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in performing data analysis5+ years of experience in a role that required problem solving and analytical skills3+ years of experience interacting with business partners and customers3+ experience creating PowerPoint decks and presenting data driven recommendations to leadership, Management to Director level
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in data analysis with tools including Excel and Tableau including advanced features such as VBA and Macros and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) 3+ years of experience working with CDL drivers and analyzing transportation data3+ years of Project Management experience
Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450
