Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Tool Integration Analysts (TIA) to support the team in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor teams. Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems. Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information. Assists with status updates to support various tooling projects. Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures. Prepares order packages for distribution. Works under general supervision.

Creates, updates and manages tooling status within the tooling value stream

Provides visibility to management on the various phases of the project lifecycle

Obtains and provides coordination to help alleviate the current held for condition and status

Works effectively and cooperatively with external customers and other internal organizations

Oversees compliance to the tool order and the drawing release process

Applies best job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts to manage a project

Ensures compliance with the established company policies, practices and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

1+ year of experience managing projects or programs

1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite

1+ year of experience with systematic problem solving

1+ year of experience in managing and facilitating meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of Continuous Improvement experience

1+ year of Fabrication or Manufacturing experience

1+ year of Microsoft Project experience

Program Management Certificate

Summary Pay Range: $78,300 – $95,700
