Find your future with us.Boing Global Services Training Solutions is seeking a TechnicalProduct Manager Specialist in Seattle, WA. This is an onsite position.
In this role you will empower commercial training solutions by leading product strategy, roadmap and delivery of the data platform. Owning discovery through delivery, you will define and ship platform features for data storage, governance and feature engineering. You will also act as the AI consultant to training product teams, advising on architecture, model selection, evaluation plans, prompt engineering and human‑in‑the‑loop processes to help design, pilot and scale AI‑infused learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for data and AI platform capabilities aligned to business goals and customer needs.Design and evolve capabilities for data ingestion, metadata/catalog, lineage, quality, access control, and retention to support analytics and ML.Define and drive the delivery of data governance features to ensure data discoverability, quality, and regulatory compliance.Conduct market and user research, prioritize use cases, and translate requirements into product features and clear success metrics (OKRs, KPIs).Act as the primary AI consultant for product teams across the training portfolio: evaluate AI use cases, recommend architectures, advise on model selection and integrations, and help teams scope pilots and production rollouts.Work closely with engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, UX, security/compliance and operations to deliver high-quality releases on an Agile cadence.Own product backlog, write epics and features with clear acceptance criteria, and drive end-to-end delivery and launch activities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, analytics, legal, marketing) and external partners/vendors to integrate third-party tools and services.Measure product impact using quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback; iterate rapidly based on performance and user feedback.Evangelize the product internally and externally, train customers and stakeholders, and support go-to-market activities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience with product management3+ years of experience focused on data platforms, analytics, ML/AI, or related technical products.3+ years of experience with cloud platforms and services (Azure/AWS/GCP)3+ years of experience with AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).Strong technical literacy with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT), metadata/cataloging, data warehouses/lakes, and APIs.Proven ability to write clear product requirements, prioritize tradeoffs, and drive engineering teams to deliver.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with enterprise data governance, data catalog tools, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Data services, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365/Graph)Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or building RAG solutions.Track record of partnering with commercial teams and supporting product launches and adoption.

Summary Pay Range:
Experienced 124,950 – 169,050
Senior 157,250 - 212,750
