This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, requiring expertise in industry trends, innovative sourcing methods, and relationship-building with candidates and Boeing leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, strategic sourcing, and workforce planning, along with leadership experience in scalable program development. The Senior TA Manager will oversee Enterprise Events (large-scale recruitment and partnerships), Sourcing (critical and hard-to-fill roles) and Recruiting Outreach and Marketing (consistent messaging and branding). Position Responsibilities:
Develops and implements proactive sourcing strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for critical roles
Identifies and engages top talent to meet current and future hiring needs through workforce strategies
Aligns sourcing efforts with organizational priorities by partnering with HR, TA leaders, and stakeholders
Builds trust with internal partners by delivering results against the hiring plan
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand demand and creates targeted sourcing strategies in alignment with business priorities related to sourcing to and ensure appropriate sourcing coverage across businesses/needs
Leads and develops the Enterprise Events, Sourcing, and Recruiting Outreach teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Provides coaching and professional development for team members while promoting a culture of feedback
Models Boeing Values to engage and motivate team members
Improves processes impacting candidate and recruiter experiences
Enhances employer messaging and branding through collaboration and data-driven recruitment marketing
Builds relationships with external organizations to support talent pipeline development
Executes targeted strategies to engage and hire candidates while enhancing the employer brand
Oversees enterprise recruitment events and maintain strategic partnerships to expand talent reach
Utilizes analytics to refine sourcing strategies, measure effectiveness, and identify improvement areas
Develops metrics such as KPIs, ROI and SLAs to evaluate the productivity of sourcing strategies, monitor service delivery and technology effectiveness
Monitors and reports KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to sourcing and recruitment marketing, analyzing data for trends and effectiveness
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of successful experience in strategic sourcing, and or broader talent acquisition
5+ years of experience managing direct reports
5+ years of experience working in talent acquisition in US and multinational companies
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs
5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
5+ years of sourcing experience in a corporate environment
Experience in developing and executing strategic sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives for both salaried and hourly roles
Experience with contract labor administration, enterprise events and vendor relations
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Experience with recruitment technology, sourcing tools, and analytics platforms
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Experience in the aerospace and/or defense industry
Experience coaching, influencing and guiding decisions
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative hiring strategies and driving significant value into the organization
Strong business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
