Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support our North American Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain organizations. This position can be based in Seattle, WA, Renton, WA or Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of exceptional recruiting managers and recruiters specializing in union represented hourly manufacturing, quality, and fabrication positions
Create and implement strategies to identify, attract, and hire team members in the fields of manufacturing and operations
Create and maintain trust with internal stakeholders
Leverage data and analytics to drive team strategy and efficiencies
Partner with key stakeholders to understand the hiring forecast and deliver against the workforce plan
Seek continuous improvement to processes impacting candidate, hiring leader, and recruiter experiences
Partner closely with global Talent Acquisition Leaders and Executives, Total Rewards, Human Resources, People Analytics, Recruitment Advertising and Communications to build the right infrastructure to support our recruiting and onboarding teams
Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience recruiting talent
5+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
3+ years of experience managing direct reports, leading and building high performing teams
3+ years of experience recruiting high volume hourly positions
Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, Indeed and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
Experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative hiring strategies and driving significant value into the organization
Experience with successful industry practices, key performance indicators and a track record of achieving team hiring goals
Experience with Workday
5+ years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment
Experience working and excelling in a fast-paced, variable environment
Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)

Summary pay range: $148,750 - $201,250
